Entertaiment – Fall 2011 Issue

The word entertainment has come to suggest primarily fun and amusement, but many forms of entertainment may have a serious purpose. These can range from ceremonies, religious festivals or satire that serve a social function to more familiar entertainments such as films, novels and concerts. The evolution of media has enabled the creation and dissemination of a wide variety of entertainment and it is likely that new forms will continue to emerge.

Entertaiment is also the name of a restaurant in Sydenham, London. Click here for more information on this venue.
